Janitorial Services - Consolidated Cleaning Solutions provides all labor and supervision necessary to ensure performance of specified cleaning services.

Typically, we furnish all consumable products including, but not limited to toilet tissue, hand towels, trash liners, hand soap, and urinal screens; cleaning supplies, agents, disinfectants, and odor eliminators, as well as equipment of which we maintain.

Special Services - Consolidated Cleaning Solutions is pleased to offer services needed less often as well. These services include floor care, carpet cleaning, event cleanup, and one-time deep cleanings to name a few.
Pricing
Prices vary because businesses aren't all the same. Our prices are based on several factors: building age, square footage, facility layout, number of employees, construction materials, location & position of furniture, equipment, etc., the number of restrooms, offices & fixtures to clean, number of windows and window coverings, frequency of duties, and hours during which cleaning can take place.
